About the Role

This role will be based in our Philippines office 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with our appointed Finance vendor in terms of payment requests, release and monthly reporting.
  • Review the reporting completed by the finance vendor and submit this to the regional Finance team.
  • Support the payables and receivables process
  • In-charge of regular collection of Aged Receivables and ensures that this be done in a timely manner.
  • Prepares proper accreditation and documentation for all client projects
  • Creates P&L reports, burn profile for the Philippine office 
  • Handles petty cash and net margin management

 

What are we looking for

  • At least 2 years experience in the related field 
  • For fresh graduates, must graduate from a related course with at least 90% final grade average
